Meetup Description: Harpseals.org will be back with the dogs at the Howl'oween Dog Parade!! This is a fun and important public awareness event for us to continue to spread the word about how people can help stop the seal slaughter. So please come out and join us to speak up for the seals and hang out in the park with over 600 dogs all dressed up in their Howl'oween best! Hope to see you there.... Robb
